In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we have established the following administrative policies:

All prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice.

Deposit
40% of the amount before taxes when the reservation is made.

Security deposit
A credit-card number will be asked on your arrival. All damage and balance
due will be billed on your account.

Payment
Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy for chalets and condos:
30 days or more before the date of arrival :
reimbursement of 60% of the inital deposit.
Less than 30 days before the date of arrival : no reimbursement on the inital deposit.
7 days or less before the date of arrival : the full amount of the unit location is perceived.

Cancellation policy for studios and Hotel rooms:
More than 48 hours: 25$ for administration fees
Less than 48 hours: the full amount of the unit location is perceived
No reimbursement for early departure

Check-in Time
3:00 or 4:00 PM

Check-out Time
11:00 or 12:00 AM

Bedding and tableware are provided in each units.
