Located on the main site, this two floors chalet can lodge up to 12 people.

On the main floor you will find a large, fully equipped kitchen, one complete bathroom (bathtub and shower), a dining room with a view of the valley, a living room with wood stove and two queen size sofa-beds and a large closet.

The three bedrooms are upstairs along with a second bathroom with shower. One bedroom has two queen-size beds, one has one queen and the other has one double bed.

This chalet is divided into three separate floors and can lodge up to 16 people.

The lower level has two bedrooms each with one double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath and shower, a living room with a double sofa-bed and a fireplace. The entrance is at the back of the chalet. Also for your enjoyment there is a 20 x 15 patio with a picnic table.

The first level also has two bedrooms with long double beds (queen bed length but double bed width), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath and shower, a living room with a double sofa-bed, raised ceiling and a panoramic view on Mount Sutton and the valley below. The private entrance is on the side.

The second floor is a beautiful loft with lots of luminosity. There is a queen bed, a double sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom (bath and shower). Entrance is at the front of the chalet.

Each floor is completely independent and can be rented individually. The chalet can accommodate a maximum of 16 people and can be divided upon client's needs. Therefore you don't have to rent the entire chalet even though it is highly recommended.

The chalet Le Suttonois is located at 393-395 Maple Street. It is divided into 2 separate levels and can lodge up to 22 people.

The lower level has two bedrooms (1 queen size bed and 2 twin beds), living room (2 double sofa-beds, TV), fully equipped kitchen with BBQ, dining room, bathroom with bath and shower and wood fireplace. It could accommodate up to 8 people and can be rented individually.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds), living room with TV and 2 double sofa-beds, fully equipped kitchen with BBQ, bathroom with bath and shower, wood fireplace and a mezzanine with 2 twin beds and 1 queen size bed. It can lodge up to 14 people and can be rented individually.

Located at 5 minutes drive from Mount Sutton, the Brookfall cottage could lodge up to a maximum of 16 people.

The first floor has a really large kitchen, a fully equipped bathroom (bath and shower), one dining room and a living room with a wooden stove, one large sofa, and a large wardrobe. You also have 3 bedrooms with one double bed each.

On the second level, you have another bathroom (toilet and sink) and 3 other bedrooms; the two first ones are semi close and the third one has a queen (master bedroom). There is also a wooden stove and a large living room (play room).

Located on the slopes of Mount Sutton (2 km away from Le Montagnard’s main site), the chalet Ski-In-Ski-Out is an immense chalet with 3 levels and can lodge up to 26 people.

On the lower level, you will find a common room with fireplace, television, and 2 sofa beds. The first level has a kitchen, dining room, complete bathroom as well as 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have one double bed and 2 bunk beds and the last room has 2 bunk beds.

You will find a living room with fireplace, television, and 2 sofa beds on the 2nd level. We can also find a bathroom, one room with a double bed and 2 bunk beds as well as the master bedroom with 2 double beds.
